Elevation Certificates

The Elevation Certificate is an important administrative tool for the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and can be used to support a request for a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) or Letter of Map Revision (LOMR). It can also ensure compliance with community floodplain management ordinances and determine proper flood insurance premium rates.

You accommodated to my schedule for a refinance closing and were able to come in 2 weeks rather than 2 months, and I very much appreciated your doing that. I trusted your plan to discontinue process with FEMA, even though I wanted to believe it saved me money without desired outcome. Thanks!
