One several occasions since February 2014, we have partnered with Red Door Title and Acadia Lending Group to present "Changing Times in Real Estate", a three-hour learning event approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission for continuing education credits for licensed brokers, that provides guidance on regulations that have recently passed involving the Integrated Disclosure Forms and the Qualified Mortgage Rule, as well as an introduction to flood zones and flood insurance. This course has been offered at the Greater Portland Board of Realtors in Portland, Maine, and will soon be offered in other locations.
