On November 16th 2012, Jim Nadeau gave a presentation called "Mortgage Loan Inspections vs. Boundary Surveys" to the Maine Chapter of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). The presentation covered major differences between mortgage loan inspections and boundary surveys, common misconceptions about their use, and discussed the breakdown of a boundary survey in more detail. The "Breakdown of a Boundary Survey" portion of the presentation was published in Covering Maine Assessing, the newsletter of the Maine Chapter of IAAO.
