Since the spring of 2012, Jim Nadeau has been giving his "Understanding Land Surveying and Flood Zones" presentation regularly with The Real Estate Learning Group (TRELG), at Husson University in South Portland, Maine. As with Jim's other presentations, the goal is to educate Realtors, mortgage professionals, and others, about issues that they may face very often but have little formal education on. Flood zone mapping and determinations, flood insurance, and challenging flood determinations have a great impact on real estate transactions.
